CosmoDar Facilities

Apart from the vast range of production machinery, our essential infrastructure includes supportive utilities such as heat generators, air compressors, proper ventilation systems and most importantly an all purpose water treatment unit.

CosmoDar takes pride in their sophisticated utilities that are continuously maintained and inspected to ensure safety, functionality and performance optimisation.

A trained team of select engineers and experienced technicians monitor the facilities according to a validated preventive program for periodic breakdown maintenance.

Machinery used at the CosmoDar facility:

• Semi-solid [cream] mixing and plastic tubes, aluminium tubes and jars filling lines

  1- Fryma (cream mixer)

  2- Norden cream filler (Plastic Tube Filling)

  3- Gasti cream filler (Metal Tube Filling)

• Liquid mixers and fillers which range from 30ml to 3000ml plastic bottles

  1- Bachiller liquid mixer

  4- Breitner bottle filling machine (Filling Machine)

  5- Breitner (Bottle Capping Machine)

  6- Pago (Bottle Labelling Machine)

• Water treatment plant

  1- Protection Filter for dirt and dust

  2- Duplex Softener (2 columns, 60,000 grain each), flow rate 2.9-4.5 m3/h.

  3- Carbon Filter for taste, odor, chlorine and color.

  4- Reverse Osmosis System, flow rate 700-900 l/h.

  5- Dionizer System Culligan, full automatic.

  6- U.V protection filter, 0.5 Micron.

  7- Ultra Violet Unit all stainless steel.

  8- Bacterial filter (Pharmaceutical Filter, 0.2 Micron).
