Dar Aldawa’s CEO, Dr. Khaled Harb, and Marketing Director, Dr. Fares Matar, visited the Republic of Uzbekistan in coordination with the Uzbek Pharmaceutical Industry Development Agency, where they were received by the agency’s Chairman of the Board and First Deputy Minister of Health, Mr. Abdulla Azizov.

During the meeting, the latest developments were reviewed, and opportunities for collaboration were discussed, including the manufacturing of high-demand medicines through technology transfer and cooperation with local companies. The discussions also addressed supporting the export of medicines produced in Jordan to Uzbekistan, and from Uzbekistan to the MENA region.

The meeting also highlighted the strategic importance of the Tashkent Pharma Park and its distribution center, along with the rapid growth of the pharmaceutical sector in the country.

The visit further included extensive field tours of leading pharmaceutical plants, where the delegation observed production lines, technical equipment, and infrastructure, and explored future avenues of cooperation between Dar Aldawa and Uzbek partners.
